Cancellation Policy

Overview By purchasing a Focus Session from The NOBL CRUSADE, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Focus Session is a one-time, 1-on-1 coaching session designed to provide personalized advice and guidance based on the client’s needs. Each session costs $40 and is conducted online via video call or phone. Session Details Focus Sessions are 60 minutes in duration. Clients are free to discuss any topics they wish during the session, including but not limited to personal growth, mindset, fitness, relationships, career, or other areas where they seek advice or guidance. Payment Terms Full payment of $40 is required at the time of booking the Focus Session. Payments are made online, and confirmation of the session will be sent upon receipt of payment. Scheduling and Rescheduling It is the client’s responsibility to schedule their Focus Session through the provided booking platform. If a client needs to reschedule, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session. If rescheduling is requested within less than 6 hours of the session, the session may be forfeited without a refund. Sessions may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon time. Cancellation Policy No Refunds: Once a Focus Session is booked and paid for, no refunds will be provided. If the client needs to cancel their session, they may reschedule it provided they give at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed Sessions Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without providing prior notice will forfeit the session and the associated payment. Confidentiality All discussions during the Focus Session are confidential. Both the client and the coach agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information shared during the session. Session Recording Sessions may be recorded for the client’s personal use if requested. However, recordings will not be shared publicly without explicit consent from both parties.
