Cancellation Policy

Scheduling and Rescheduling It is the responsibility of the client to schedule all coaching sessions within the 4-month period. If a client needs to reschedule a session, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being forfeited and/or a 10% fee. Sessions can be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon time between the client and the coach, provided the session falls within the 4-month time frame. Cancellation and Refund Policy Partial Refund Option: If for any reason the client wishes to cancel the 12-session package before completing all 12 sessions, they may be eligible for a partial refund. A cancellation request must be submitted in writing to cy@trunobl.com. Refund Calculation: The refund will be based on the number of sessions already completed. The client will be charged $40 per session for any completed sessions, and the remaining balance of the $399 will be refunded. For example, if 4 sessions have been completed, the client will be charged $160, and the remaining $239 will be refunded. Cancellation requests received after 8 or more sessions have been completed will not be eligible for a refund. Non-Refundable: No refunds will be issued for unused sessions if the client fails to complete the program within the 4-month period. Program Commitment By purchasing this package, clients commit to their own personal development and agree to attend and fully participate in each session. The NOBL CRUSADE reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if the client consistently fails to attend sessions or does not comply with the agreed-upon terms.
